When you visit our websites, we store what are known as 'use data' temporarily based on Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We use these use data for statistical purposes, to improve the quality of our Web pages, and for security purposes. The Cloud Campus is an offer to you to obtain continuing education about cloud-related topics. It is a marketplace for training sessions, e-learning, and online training. You can obtain information here in the form of blog posts, videos, and white papers.

If you wish to participate in our courses on cloud-related topics, you need to register beforehand.

As part of the registration process, we need the following required information:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Public username
  • Password

We need this information in order to create an account for you and to address you personally.sWe use data that you transmit to us within the scope of registration to process the contract, for customer administration, and for technical support. You can modify or delete your profile within the account at any time. The data will then be automatically removed from our system.

Disclosure to third parties:

Based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, your data will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary in order to participate in a course or fulfill a contract. If you decide to take a course from our partner Coursedot, your data will be disclosed to Coursedot. In the process, you will be redirected to a website of that matches the design of a COMPAREX website. On this website, you can continue with the course booking and course participation without any further registration. The purpose of disclosing the data is to allow you to participate in a course without your having to register separately. Furthermore, we disclose your email address to the trainer when a trainer is commissioned. The disclosure of data is necessary in order to be able to conduct a smooth on-site training event with you. If you order Soluzione and Epilogue licenses, your data will be disclosed to soluzione Script GmbH and Epilogue Systems.Disclosure of your data to these companies takes place so that your order can be processed.

Use of Google Analytics:

To ensure that our website is designed in line with demand, we create pseudonymous use profiles using Google Analytics based on Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Use of service providers

COMPAREX AG uses service providers to perform certain services and to process your data, including for website analysis (contract processing). These service providers process the data exclusively at the instructions of COMPAREX AG and have undertaken an obligation to comply with the applicable data protection and privacy provisions. All contract processors have been selected carefully and receive access to your data only within the scope and for the period necessary to perform the services.


To protect your data against undesired access, we use an encryption process on our pages. In this process, your information is transmitted between your computer and our server and vice versa via the Internet using 128-bit TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. We do not use encryption if you merely exchange generally available information with us.
